Sleep hygiene leaflet coverYour sleeping habits and lifestyle have a big impact on your quality of sleep. ‘Sleep hygiene’ refers to behaviours, environmental conditions, and other sleep-related ‘dos and don’ts’ that have been found to improve your quality of sleep. Taking a look at your sleep hygiene can be a helpful first step if you have difficulty sleeping, and often just a few small adjustments to your bedtime routine and environment can make a big difference to the quality of sleep you are getting.
