Interactive Fatigue Diary
The fatigue diary opens as a PDF, which can either be printed and filled in by hand, or downloaded, typed into and saved on your computer.
Filling this in weekly for a few weeks could help you to spot trends and think about how your levels of activity each day might be impacting on your levels of fatigue, as well as looking at the amount of sleep you are getting, and how this affects or is affected by activity levels.
To easily spot trends, you could colour boxes, or write the letters from the key in colour. You can also summarise the day in the comments box on the right hand side.
