By becoming a Friend of NRAS you will be supporting people in the UK who live with this disabling, long term disease.

Perhaps you care for someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis, have a family member who has the disease or simply know someone who you have seen cope with it on a daily basis. You can support these people by joining NRAS as a Friend and help us to continue to support those who live with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Friends of NRAS receive:

• A quarterly update on what your money has enabled us to do, latest achievements and information on forthcoming events

• A lapel badge to show your support

• The chance to support all those who live with this debilitating condition

What your support will help us to do:

• £20 pays for a helpline call/email and follow up

• £50 funds the production of an information toolkit for a volunteer

• £500 funds the setting up of an NRAS support group in the UK

• £575 covers the cost of requests for one of our information booklets each month

• £900 pays for the printing and mailing of our quarterly volunteer newsletter

• £2,000 pays to run an information day
