Survey of people with chronic health conditions

NRAS is please to support and encourage people to participate in this important piece of research being conducted by the Work Foundation on behalf of the Fit for Work UK Coalition. Depending on your answers it should only take you approximately 15 minutes to complete the online questionnaire.

If you are 16 years or older and have a long term health condition the Work Foundation want to hear from you. The survey will ask questions on your experiences with doctors and other healthcare professionals as well as your employers and if relevant to you, your experience of the benefit system. The aim of the survey is to improve the support which people with chronic health conditions receive to stay in or return to fulfilling work.
