Aberdeen (non NRAS group)

Trinity Church in Westhill from 7:30pm - 9:30pm. This is an independent Arthritis group which meet the first Wednesday of the month with the exception of the summer months. 2012 dates 7th March "What arthritis means to me" Round 2 group session; 4th April- Clare Jacklin Director of External Affairs, National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society and 2nd May "Chocolate Passions"; 6th June summer outing tbc. 

Inverclyde NRAS Group - Greenock

The Lounge, The Old West Kirck Church, Campbell Street, Esplanade, Greenock PA16 7XL. Meetings held on a Tuesday from 7:00pm (unless otherwise stated)

Loanhead Midloathian Rheumatoid Arthritis Group (Non NRAS group)

An independent group who hold meetings on the third Wednesday of each month 7pm - 9pm at Loanhead Miners Welfare. Contact Karen on 07969 497299 for more information.

West Fife NRAS Group

This group has only recently formed and is hoping to run meetings 3 or 4 times a year around the West Fife area. The Fife Rheumatic Diseases unit are very supportive of the group and encourage patients to participate.
