Toddlers Cove Car Park to enjoy the Great Stour Way, a surfaced riverside path from Canterbury to Chartham. Bring a snack and drink for a gentle walk as far as you fancy, trying out the new seats en route. (further information on the path google 'Great Stour Way') For the return journey from Chartham there is the option of a 5 minute train ride to Canterbury West or a bus journey.

"Arthritis Matters" is a charity based in the greater Reading area, set up to help and support people with arthritis. Activities include hydrotherapy sessions at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Tai chi classes at the Salvation Army Hall in Earley. A quarterly newsletter is produced and there is the chance to chat and exchange hints and tips with other people with arthritis.
