Canterbury NRAS Group (CRASH)

Meetings are held on the Third Thursday of the month at: Friends Meeting House, 6 The Friars, Canterbury CT1 2AS - 2:30 - 4:00pm unless otherwise stated.

16th August - Meet at 2:30pm at Toddlers Cove Car Park to enjoy the Great Stour Way, a surfaced riverside path from Canterbury to Chartham. Bring a snack and drink for a gentle walk as far as you fancy, trying out the new seats en route. (further information on the path google 'Great Stour Way') For the return journey from Chartham there is the option of a 5 minute train ride to Canterbury West or a bus journey.

The Maidstone NRAS Group meetings are held at Tremain Hall, Aylesford Village Community Centre, 25 Forstal Road, Aylesford ME20 7AU on Tuesdays from 7:00pm to 9:00pm unless otherwise stated.

Oxford NRAS Group

This group is co-ordinated by Sue and Helen with the support of the Rheumatology Team. Meetings are held in the Ward Conference Room at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, on Tuesdays every second month at 6:30pm to 8:00pm unless otherwise stated. Look for the NRAS direction posters to the room.

Reading (non NRAS group)

"Arthritis Matters" is a charity based in the greater Reading area, set up to help and support people with arthritis. Activities include hydrotherapy sessions at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Tai chi classes at the Salvation Army Hall in Earley. A quarterly newsletter is produced and there is the chance to chat and exchange hints and tips with other people with arthritis. Sidcup NRAS Group

Meetings take place at the Queen Mary`s Hospital in Sidcup in the dining room of the Frognal Centre, to the rear of the hospital.

Meetings are held in the Cancer Day 2 seminar room, Queens Hospital, Rom Valley Way, Romford, Essex RM7 0AG, If you are going to the meeting please gather at the hospital Main Desk in the Atrium where either a committee member, or the hospital receptionist, will take you to the meeting room as it is not accessible unless you have a BHR ID Badge. Meetings held on a Monday from 2:00pm - 3:30pm unless otherwise stated
