Dr David Marshall

Dr Marshall graduated from Glasgow University in 1984. In 1989 he became a lecturer in Rheumatology at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary Centre for Rheumatic Diseases and in 1991 moved to the University of Manchester as Senior Registrar in Rheumatology. In 1993 Dr Marshall took on a post at Inverclyde Royal Hospital Greenock as Physician and Consultant Rheumatologist, he has continued in this field and is currently at Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley, where he has been since 2007
Dr Marshall also currently holds an Honorary post as Clinical Associate Professor at University of Glasgow, as well as Associate Postgraduate Dean for Medicine, NHS Education for Scotland. He holds a Clinical Chair at Scottish & Irish Registry of Ankylosing Spondylitis (SIRAS) and is a member of BSR AS Biologic Guideline Group
