Helpline & Self Management Co-ordinator

To provide support in all areas of helpline work including telephone, computer, website and database work.  The nature of the job is varied and duties will vary from day to day and will also involve providing help with the roll out and successful uptake of the NRAS self management programme.  The person will give support and assistance to other parts of the charity as and when the need arises. Donor Development Executive

Working with the Fundraising Manager, the Donor Development Executive will be responsible for developing a development strategy and implementing a communications programme to include regular donors, in memoriams, legacy giving, corporate partnerships, one off donors, event supporters, community supporters and our supporter membership scheme. Trusts & Grants Fundraiser

Working with the Fundraising Manager, the Trust & Grant Fundraiser will be responsible for identifying and researching suitable trusts to apply to and monitoring reapplications for those which already support us, writing compelling cases for support, follow up reporting and maintaining database and paper records and recording of information for monthly reports (in-house) and monitoring income against budget. The role will also involve working on the development and maintenance of the charity’s legacy campaign. More info.
