Impact of abatacept (Orencia®) on quality of sleep

Investigators from Canada looked to assess the impact of abatacept on sleep quality of people with RA by analysing data from two clinical trials. They assessed the correlations between sleep disturbance and patient-reported outcomes and concluded that abatacept treatment provided significant improvements in multiple aspects of sleep in people with RA.
